Susan Marcin is the Assistant Director of Collection Strategies at Columbia University Libraries, where her work focuses on the e-resources life cycle of acquisitions, access, administration, support, and evaluation.  She holds a BA from Trinity College in Hartford, CT, an MSLS from Catholic University in Washington, D.C., an MBA from Fairfield University in Fairfield, CT, and an MS (Nonprofit Management) from Columbia University in New York, NY.
