Tina Broomfield is the Projects Coordinator for the Empire State Library Network and the Technology and Training Librarian at the Rochester Regional Library Council. Through her work in library consortia, Tina is responsible for coordinating communications, vendor relations, continuing education initiatives, and delivery services. ​She earned her Bachelor's Degree in English Literature and Art History from the State University of New York at Geneseo and her Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science from Syracuse University.
